-172 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #08 -05- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT TO OPERATE A SPECIALTY FABRICATION BUSINESS WITHIN AN ATTACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT BAUGH ST NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #08 -05 -_ adopting Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On May 13, 2008 a Home Occupation Permit ( "Permit ") was issued by the City of Ramsey ( "City ") to Nathan Wattenhofer ( "Permit Holder ") to operate a specialty fabrication business in an attached accessory structure located on the property generally known as Baugh St NW and legally described as follows: Lot 2 Block 1 Kings Ranch Estates (the "Subject Property ") This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. That this resolution shall allow for a specialty fabrication business to operate within an attached accessory structure that is located on the Subject Property. 2. That the Permit Holder is allowed one (1) non - resident employee unless otherwise permitted by City Code. Notification must be given to the City if the Permit Holder will utilize non - resident employees. 3. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 7:OOam - 4:00pm. 4 That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per standard eight hour business day and vehicular traffic trips include deliveries, customer, and employee trips. 5. That under no circumstance can the Permit Holder lease the business portion of the accessory structure located on the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside on the Subject Property.
