Or upon recording: Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Kings Ranch Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, on March 5, 2008 the City received an application and sketch plan from — Developer for Kings Ranch Estates, a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on April 3, 2008 granted sketch plan approval for the minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, on March 5, 2008, the Developer submitted a request for final plat approval of Kings Ranch Estates; and WHEREAS, on April 10, 2008, the Park Commission reviewed the proposed plat and recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements and a trail easement in lieu of the trail development fee. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Kings Ranch Estates in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon Developer entering into a development agreement with the City and compliance with City Staff review letter dated May 9, 2008. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #08 -05 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF KINGS RANCH ESTATES WHEREAS, Nathan Wattenhofer, hereafter referred to as "Developer ", has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25 Anoka County, Minnesota lying southwesterly of southwesterly right of way line of Anoka County Highway right of way Plat No 33 and lying southerly of the southerly line of north half of said Quarter Quarter, except road; subject of easement of record.
