CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The RamseY City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 1992 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Ce~nter, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember S heila Beyer <br />Couneilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Sandra Ashley Helling <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO:ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertsor~ called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:37 p.m. and <br />led in the Pledge Of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN 'INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Mark R~ustad, President of the Ramsey Jaycees, presented Ramsey Fire Chief David Griffin <br />with a plaqu~ in appreciation for the support and assistance the Ramsey Fire Department gave the <br />Jaycees duril~g the CPR classes they offered to the public. Fire Chief Griffin, in turn, recognized <br />the CPR tea~. consisting of Fire Fighters Tom Hoxter, Dean Kapler, Joel Drahos, James Sharp <br />and Wade Gelling'and Patrol Officer Tim Dwyer and also the Police Department for the use of their <br />mannequins; <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson requested the following changes on the regular agenda: <br /> <br />Case <br /> <br />Report from Budget Committee - move to discuss after Case 1. <br /> <br />Add: <br /> <br />Case #11: <br /> <br />Request for Extension to 90-Day Time Frame for Resolving Use Activity on <br />Property Located at 14600 Nowthen Boulevard N.W. <br /> <br />Case <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution Approving Request of Ramsey Lions Club for a <br />Temporary Off-sale Non-intoxicating Malt Liquor License and One Day <br />Off-site Lawful Gambling Permit on Saturday, June 13, 1992 for the Sixth <br />Annual Ramsey Community Picnic. <br /> <br />Case #13: Report on Wood Pond Hills Projects <br /> <br />Motion by C°un¢ilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to approve the <br />agenda as amended. <br /> <br />City Council/April 28, 1992 <br /> Page 2 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
