Motion by Eoun¢!lmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to approve the renewal <br />of on-sale ai~d SUnday intoxicating liquor licenses for M & L Liquors and Ramsey Warehouse <br />Liquor. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Beyer, Hardin, Peterson and Zimmerman. Voting <br />No: None. Abstain: Mayor Gilbertson. <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspos stated that Tom Thumb, Brooks Superette-Armstrong Boulevard, Brooks <br />Superette-SL Fra/~cis Boulevard, Food-N-Fuel, Holiday Station Store and LeTourneau's Super <br />Valu have applietgrfor their off-sale non-intoxicating liquor (beer) licenses and that all have paid the <br />required fees And supplied the necessary documents. He is recommending approval of their license <br />renewal. <br /> <br />Motion by Eogncilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to approve the renewal <br />of off-sale nolMnloxicating liquor (beer) licenses for Tom Thumb, Brooks Superette-Armstrong <br />Boulevard, Bi'ooks Superette-St. Francis Boulevard, Food-N-Fuel, Holiday Station Store and <br />LeTourneau's ,Super Valu. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Beyer, Hardin, Peterson and Zimmerman. Voting <br />No: None. Abstain: Mayor Gilbertson. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Construct a Metal Accessory <br /> :Structure on a Parcel less than 2.5 Acres in Size; Case of James <br /> Struwve <br /> <br />Zoning Admigistrator Frolik stated that Mr. Struwve is requesting a conditional use permit to <br />construct a m_~tal ~accessory structure on his property at 15328 Hematite Street N.W. She stated <br />that City CQd~ restricts metal accessory structures to parcels 2.5 acres and larger in size. Mr. <br />Struwve's p~r~el *,as split by the construction of 153rd Avenue N.W. Prior to that MSA project, <br />the subject pr0pe~y measured about five acres. Ms. Frolik stated there were no written or verbal <br />comments itl Opposition of Mr. Struwve's request during the public hearing conducted by the <br />Planning and Zonlng Commission. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adopt <br />Resolution ~92-06-153 adopting Findings of Fact 4/0314 relating to the request to construct a metal <br />accessory structure at 15328 Hematite Street N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carri .e_.d. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Peterson and <br />Beyer. Voting No: None. Abstain: CouncilmemberHardin. <br /> <br />Motion by EOuneilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />request to construct a metal accessory structure at 15328 Hematite Street N.W. and to adopt <br />Resolution g~92-06,154 declaring conditions of conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer and <br />Peterson. V0tingNo: None.
