Drive N.W. from 179th Lane N.W. to the northern City boundary. The
estimated coat of the project is $43,116. There are 13 units to be assessed which would be
approximately $3~300 per unit.

CITIZEN INPUT

Gary Reimann, 18008 Waco Street N.W. - stated that he has acquired two more signatures for the
petition.

Oliver Wanstrom, 18056 Waco Drive N.W. - inquired as to the total thickness of the pavement and
whether or not the roads are being widened or going back to the original survey. He was informed
that the existing road was out of alignment by four to five feet. He also mentioned that he would
be losing a nice oak tree and was not certain that paving would actually increase property values.

City Engineer: Jankowski replied that there would be a four inch bituminous mat plus two inches of
pavement and that we will center the road on the center of the right-of-way but would adjust the
alignment under some circumstances.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Couneilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the public
hearing.

Public Hearing #92-14/City Council/July 14, 1992
Page ! of 2
