Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin and Zimmerman. <br />Voting No: lXIone, Absent: Councilmembers Beyer and Peterson. <br /> <br />COUNCIL :BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for Final Plat Approval of Rivenwick (aka Faye 2nd <br /> Addition) <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that Faye Construction Company is requesting final plat approval <br />of Rivenwiok~ previously proposed to be named Faye 2nd Addition. Phase I consists of 51 lots. <br />He stated tha( Outlot D should be identified as park on the plat. The plat will be served by two <br />accesses fr ~o!a! Highway #10, one at Feldspar Street N.W. and one at Ramsey Boulevard N.W. <br />All lots in th~ plat will be served by streets interior to the plat. Riverdale Drive N.W. will be <br />developed aa ~ MSA road. City Staff is recommending that only that portion of Riverdale Drive <br />N.W. proposed toibe developed in the first phase be dedicated in the first phase. <br /> <br />City AdministratOr Schroeder stated the development agreement has not been drafted because the <br />sewer and Waier igaprovements will need to be extended past six existing homes in order to reach <br />the subdivisi0~. Ciiy Staff is currently refining the policy regarding hook-up to sewer and water. <br /> <br />Motion by ~Cx)uncilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to adopt <br />Resolution ~2-07-181 granting final plat approval to Rivenwick contingent upon the developer <br />entering intO:a, development agreement with the City and said agreement being brought back to City <br />Council for r~iew and approval. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Councilmembers Beyer and Peterson. <br /> <br />Case #2: SUnny Ponds Development Improvement Project #92-16 <br /> <br />City Engin~,gg Ja~kowski stated that on May 12, 1992, the Ramsey City Council authorized the <br />preparation 'of plans and specifications for the improvements necessary to construct the Sunny <br />Ponds subd[~sio~.
