If any marks made, or flags placed by Gopher One are removed or destroyed prior to the <br />instaDation date, Contractor reserves the right to re-schedule the insIaIIation and add to the bid of a rescheduling fee of <br />$300. <br />. BuilderwiD be respot \Sible for marking any uti6ty tines not marked by Gopher: One, including, but not limited to, an <br />underground or invisible dog fence, all pool lines. drainage lines for septic systems and sump pumps, and gas lines <br />for griUs, lighting or other appliances. Builder is also responsible for locating and marking aD property Jines and <br />boundaries prior to installation. PLEASE NOTE THAT this list is not intended to be exhaustive, but merely lists the <br />most common service and ufiIity lines.
