Engineer Jankowski called me this morning and straightened out some of the misconceptions <br />I'd been laboring under. As such, I'd like to withdraw most of my objections below and have changed, for the time <br />being,. to "keeping my powder dry", as it were. I'm still not convinced that adding such an amenity in a piece-meal <br />fashion to the community is the way to go, but it appears likely at the moment that the impact to our property would be <br />much less than I'd originally feared. <br /> <br />Thank you to both you and Steve for taking your time to address my concerns. I think it is important to understand <br />that the City did not initiate the change to the project nor did we initiate the surveyor petition for the change. There has <br />been a lot of information and "rumors" about this project and I think it will be best to have Steve Jankowski contact you <br />today jf he hasn't already to help you understand the City's role a little better. As it relates to the e-mail below, we will <br />send it along to the City Council when we talk about the "expanded" project.
