Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Case # 5 <br /> <br />City Council has been working with City Staff and the Comprehensive Plan consultant, Phil <br />Carlson of Bonestroo, to develop goals for the 2008 Comprehensive Plan. In work. sessions <br />held. on March 11, April I, and May 6, the Council did review and provide direction for goals <br />and strategies in the following categories: <br /> <br />a. Land Use <br />b. Housing <br />c. Economic Development and Marketing <br />d. Natural Resources <br />. eo Parks, Trails, and Recreation <br />f. Transportation <br />g. Urban Services <br />h. Public Facilities <br />1.
