Voting No: None. <br /> <br />With regard ..to Improvement Projects g91-13 and 91-14, City Administrator S chroeder stated this <br />involves wat~ a~d sewer for all Wood Pond projects. As was mentioned earlier, the proposed <br />assessment isi$1,~57 per lot on the existing and proposed future lots against all projects and the <br />special trunk ,ltss¢i~sment in the tax increment district. There was no objection other than the one <br />expressed by Mr.!Dickman Knutson. Mr. Schroeder added that City Staff has been of the belief <br />that the $1.2 rhillion in trunk projects had to be covered by the developments or they could not go <br />forward. <br /> <br />Mr. Knutson felt ~hat there is a disagreement between City Staff and the developer but stated he <br />would "live w/th Council's position". <br /> <br />Mr. Schroed~ stated that since no other developer disagreed, he feels Council is relegated to <br />passing this as~ses~ment to treat all equally. <br /> <br />Motion by (2o~ncilmember Peterson and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to adopt Resolution #92- <br />10-274 adopting ~assessments for Improvement Project #91-13 and #91-14 - Water, samtary <br />sewer, storn~ ~ew~r, parks and street improvements for Chestnut Hills, Cedar Hills, Windemere <br />Woods and 'Ohestnut Pond Additions and trunk lines for Wood Pond Hills and Sunny Ponds <br />Additions. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin, and <br />Zimmerman. ~ofing No: CouncilmemberBeyer. <br /> <br />City AdministratOr Schroeder stated that with regard !o Improvement Project #92-15, City Staff <br />and the devel6per,rd~sagree, ' with the size main (6" or 8',,). He. stated he believes on May 12, 1992, <br />it was agreed~tha[ the assessment would be for an 8 minn. He agreed there are a significant <br />number of ch&ng~s between the feasibility study and the development agreement and feels both <br />positions arer~as6nable.
