He stated that Metropolitan Council's <br />Transportfltion Advisory Board (TAB) is requesting proposals for bicycle and walkway <br />projects add alotal of $1.5 million may be available for this area. <br />Motion bi Co/~ncilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to direct City <br />Staff to m~e'~a proposal to involve the City in the Metropolitan Councils Transportation <br />Advisory Bogd Grant Program. <br /> <br />Motion ~ri~. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2:~ Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Expand a <br />~ Manufacturing Operation in the B-I Business District <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Mr. Ron Danner, Danner's Cabinet Shop, 16735 <br />Quicksilv~er Street N.W., has applied for a conditional use permit to expand his <br />manufac~ring operation in the B-1 Business District. The proposed expansion consists of <br />constru¢l~n of a 1,920 square foot wood and stucco building to be used for storage <br />purposes, iSh~ stated that the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />on Octobor 15, 1992 at which one letter of opposmon to the expansion was submitted. The <br />Planning find Zoning Commission recommend approval of Mr. Danner's request. <br /> <br />Motion b,y Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to adopt <br />ResolutiOn #92-10-281 adopting Findings of Fact//0325 relating to Mr. Ron Danner's <br />request to~xphnd a manufacturing facility in the B-1 Business District. <br /> <br />Mouon c,arned.
