Request for a Conditional Use Permit for an Outside Display <br />~ Area; Case of Dalles R.V. World, Inc. <br /> <br />Zomng A~d, rn~m~strator Frohk stated that Mr. Dalles Notermann of Dalles R.V. World ~s <br />proposir~g to gelocate from 7129 Highway # 10 N.W. to 7103 Highway # 10 N.W. which is <br />zoned 1~--3., T~herefore he needs a conditional use permit for an outside display area. Mr. <br />Notermafln is- willing to pave and curb the initial outside display area but would like a <br />waiver q~il J~une 1996 to pave and curb an expansion of the outside display area. Staff is <br />recommbfl~dinlg that this expansion area be turfed in the interim. <br />Motion ~ Cb..~ uncilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adopt <br />Resolute[ S9t2-11-290 adopting Findings of Fact g0327 relating to a request from Dalles <br />R.V.
