<br />a. To employ or use any person in the sale or service of any commodities or
<br />products while such person is unclothed or in such attire, costume, or clothing as to expose to
<br />view any portion of the female breast below the top of the areola or any portion of the pubic hair,
<br />anus, cleft of the buttocks, or genitals.
<br />
<br />b. To employ or use the services of any host or hostess while such host or hostess is
<br />unclothed or in such attire, costume, or clothing as described in the above subsection.
<br />
<br />c. To encourage or permit any person on the licensed premises to touch, caress, or
<br />fondle the breasts, buttocks, anus, or genitals of any other person. '
<br />
<br />d. To permit any employee or person to wear or use any device or covering exposed
<br />to view, which simulates the breast, genitals, anus, pubic hair, or any portion thereof.
<br />
<br />e. To permit any employee or person to remain in or upon the licensed premises who
<br />exposes to public view the post pubertal human male or female genitals, pubic area, or cleft of
<br />the buttocks with less than a fully opaque covering, or the showing of the post-pubertal female
<br />breast with less than a fully opaque covering of any portion thereof below the top of the areola,
<br />or the depiction of covered male genitals in a discernible turgid state.
<br />
<br />f. To permit any person to perform acts of or acts which simulate:
<br />
<br />1. Sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality, oral copulation,
<br />flagellation, or any sexual acts which are prohibited by law.
<br />
<br />2. The touching, caressing, or fondling of the breast, buttocks, anus, or genitals.
<br />
<br />3. The displaying of the pubic hair, anus, vulva, genitals, or the nipple or areola
<br />of the female breast.
<br />
<br />g. To permit any person to use artificial devices or inanimate objects to depict any of
<br />the prohibited activities described above.
<br />
<br />h. To permit the showing of film, still pictures, electronic reproduction, or any other
<br />visual reproductions depicting:
<br />
<br />1. Acts or simulated acts of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy,
<br />bestiality, oral copulation, flagellation, or any sexual acts which are
<br />prohibited by law.
<br />
<br />2. Any person being touched, caressed, or fondled on the breast, buttocks,
<br />anus, or genitals.
<br />
<br />3. Scenes wherein a person displays the vulva, the anus, or the genitals.
