Staff has prepared a Work Planthat outlines the process. <br /> <br />Work Plan: <br /> <br />Initial information gathering efforts could include conducting focus group meetings that could include the <br />following groups and organizations: <br /> <br />Residents/Appointed Officials <br />. Ramsey Residents at large (representative of varied age, housing type) <br />. Park and Recreation Commissioner(s) <br />. Bums Township resident(s) <br />. Business community representative <br /> <br />Seniors <br />. Ramsey Seniors <br /> <br />Community Organizations <br />. Girl Scouts <br />. Boy Scouts <br />. Ramsey Garden Club <br />. Ramsey Women of Today <br />. Ramsey Lions <br />. Ramsey Rotary <br />. 4-H Cheerful Chuggers <br /> <br />ChurchlEducation Community <br />. Ramsey church community representatives <br />. Youth First Community of Promise <br />. PACT Charter School <br />. Anoka Hennepin School District <br /> <br />Organized Athletic Groups <br />. Anoka Ramsey Athletic Association <br />. Groups that use our athletic fields/facilities (Andover LaCrosse, St. Stephen's Catholic <br />School Soccer Program, Anoka Tornado Hoops) <br /> <br />Focus groups could be conducted in person by a staff facilitator or by written responses to a list of <br />questions about the potential uses and support for a community center project.
