<br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-06-xxx <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO RONALD BORELL TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM ACCESSORY STRUCTURE <br />SPACE RESTRICTIONS BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #xxxx AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ronald Borell, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee", has properly <br />applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed the amount of accessory building space allowed <br />on the property generally known as 8148 155th Lane NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot4, Block 1, The North Forty 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 5, 2008, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIDS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #xxxx, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") to exceed the amount <br />of accessory structure space allowed on the Subject property, as established in City Code, is <br />hereby granted to the Permittee. <br /> <br />2. That the Permittee is allowed to have a maximum of 2,530 square feet of accessory structure <br />space on the Subject Property, and all accessory structures are subject to the adjusted <br />maximum for the Subject property. The adjusted maximum may require removal or <br />reduction of existing and or prop'osed structures. <br /> <br />3. That the proposed driveway shall not exceed thirty feet in width at the street, in accordance <br />with City Code standards. <br /> <br />4. That the construction of the new accessory structure will require issuance of a building permit <br />from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />5. That the exterior materials of the proposed accessory structure shall consist of steel siding <br />with soffits and eaves to match the existing home. <br /> <br />6. That the floor of the proposed accessory structure shall consist of concrete flooring. <br /> <br />7. That the accessory structure shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with <br />all applicable Uniform Building Codes. <br /> <br />8. That the construction of the new accessory structure shall meet all applicable setbacks. <br /> <br />1 1 <br />
