<br />As the Planning Commission may recall, City Code was recently amended to increase the amount <br />of accessory structure square footage allowed on parcels of this size. Staff recommends <br />removing the existing 240 square feet accessory structUre currently onthe property if this CUP is <br />approved. This would reduce the amount of overage requested to 330 square feet. <br /> <br />Also on tonight; s agenda is a proposal to increase the total square feet allowed in each zoning <br />district by 200 square feet and begin including accessory structures under 120 square feet into the <br />total calculation of allowed square footage.
