The primary garage shall be at least 400 square feet in size. <br />2 If the accessory building is closer to the front property line than the principal building,. then the <br />construction must have the same general design and materials as the home. <br />3 If the accessory building is closer to the frolit property line than the principal building, then a design with <br />soffit, fascia and eave overhang will be required. <br />4 If the accessory building is closer to the front property line than the principal building, then the height of <br />the accessory building cannot exceed the height of the principal building or twenty-two (22) feet, <br />whichever is more restrictive. <br /> <br />SECTION 3 SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #08-_ has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of <br />the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #08-_ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 <br />(Zoning and Subdivision of Land) Section 9.11.02 (Accessory Structures) to: <br /> <br />. Include all accessory buildings of any size in total square footage requirements, <br />and increase square footage requirements to accommodate 200 additional square <br />feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 4 EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, <br />subject to City Charter Section 5.07. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the _ day of <br /> <br />,2008. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />43 <br />
