App. 602,942 A.2d 511 (2008) <br /> <br />CONNECTICUT (03/25/08)-Wilfred Megin stored numer- <br />ous motor vehicles and related debris on property (the Property)' he <br />owned in the town. The Property was located in a residential zone of <br />the town. <br />The town zoning regulations prohibited the use of property as a <br />"junkyard" in residential zones. Specifically, the regulations prohib- <br />ited the storage of two or more unregistered, used motor vehicles that <br />. were not legally usable on public highways.
