Lawsuit Update <br /> - ~ <br />City Atto~,ney Goodrich stated that for this case there would be public portions and <br />client/att0~e~/rportions so the case would be both open and closed. <br /> <br />City Ad~ ~nisirator Schroeder stated that Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. and the <br />City of R~.ms~y have been having discussions about royalty payments due to the City of <br />Ramsey.
