ORDINANCE NO. 08 -XX <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described portion of dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to- <br />wit <br />That part of the existing drainage and utility easement located on Lot 1 Block' 1 of Haubrich <br />Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the northern 34 feet of said lot; and lying <br />easterly of the eastern 44 feet of said lot; and lying westerly of the eastern 10 feet of said lot; and <br />lying northerly of the following described line; <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of said lot 1 Block 1; thence southerly along the easterly <br />line of said lot a distance of 75 feet to the point of beginning of said line; thence. South 7ldegrees <br />59 minutes and 55 seconds West a distance of 219.86 feet and there terminating. <br />SECTION 3.
