NONMAJOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FUNDS Nonmajor Capital Projects Funds are used to account for financial resources to be used for the acquisition or construction of major capital facilities. State-Aid Construction Fund - used to account for state-aid allotments used by the City for improvement projects to thoroughfare roads within the City. Public Facilities Construction Fund - used to account for the resources to be used for land acquisition and the construction of public facilities. Park Improvement Revolving Fund - used to account for the acquisition and improvement of park land within the City. State Highway 47 Fund - used to account for the City's costs associated with improving this main trunk highway. The state is responsible for the accurate recording of its share of the costs. Mississippi River Subdrainage Fund - used to account for all costs that are associated with the Storm Water Subdrainage District No.1. Park Improvement Fund - used to account for all park dedication fees to be used for land acquisition and park development. Ebony Street - used to account for all costs associated with the construction of Ebony Street. St. Francis Blvd. Improvements - used to account for all funds expensed on the improvements to St. Francis Blvd. Welcome Road - used to account for all costs associated with improving this dirt road to paved. State Highway 10 - used to account for all costs related to access management of State Highway 10. 2006 Street Maintenance Fund - used to account for the resources to be used to finance the City's share of the annual street maintenance program. Ramsey Crossing Fund - Used to account for all costs associated with the proposed Ramsey Crossing development. 2007 Street Maintenance Fund - used to account for the resources to be used to finance the City's share of the annual street maintenance program. 2007 Capital Equipment Certificates Fund - used to account for the costs associated with the acquisition of capital equipment.
