<br />Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-12-313 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR PAID ON-CALL FIRE <br />FIGHTERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, twelve paid on-call Fire Fighters began working forthe City on November <br />29,2006 and December 13, 2007 and were subject to a one-year probationary period; and <br /> <br />, <br />WHEREAS, the new Fire Fighters will have completed the required one-year <br />probationary period andthe necessary training as of November 29,2006 and <br />Decemberl3, 2007; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its December 11, 2007 meeting, the City Council accepted the Personnel <br />Committee's recommendation to end the .probationary periods and. grant status as paid on-call <br />Fire Fighters to the following individuals on the following dates: <br /> <br />Carey Schiferli <br />Michael Nielson <br />Donald Yamauchi <br />Robert Tiegen <br />- Jacob Hanson <br />David.Weigman <br /> <br />November 29, 2007 <br />November 29,2007 <br />November 29,2007 <br />November 29,2007 <br />November 29, 2007 <br />November 29, 2007 <br /> <br />JustinBorer December 13, 2007 <br />Bart Hayft December 13,2007 <br />Kyle Hemmerich December 13, 2007 <br />Shane Swedeen December 13,2007 <br />Lance Weatherly December 13,2007 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee to end the probationary periods and grant status as paid on-call Fire Fighters to <br />the following individuals on the following dates: <br /> <br />Carey Schiferli <br />Michael Nielson <br />Donald Yamauchi <br />Robert Tiegen . <br />Jacot;> Hanson <br />David Weigman <br /> <br />November 29, 2007 <br />November 29, 2007 <br />November 29,2007 <br />November 29, 2007 <br />November 29, 2007 <br />November 29, 2007 <br /> <br />Justin Borer.
