Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 07-12-326 RESOLUTION RATIFYING CHANGE ORDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER WHEREAS, the City Council established by resolution levels of authority on May 24th, 2005, forthe approval of project change orders to allow for construction to proceed while managing minor projectchanges; and WHEREAS, the established levels of Authority forthe Construction of the new Ramsey Municipal Center are as follows: City Council approval required for change orders greater than $25,000, City Council ratification of all change orders less than $25,000, Facility Committee approval required for change orders greater than $10,000 but less than $25,000, ratification by City Council, Project Team of Heidi A. Nelson, Interim City Administrator approval required for change orders not greater than $10,000, ratification by City Council; and WHEREAS, the following change orders have been reviewed by BKV Group and 3D/I Construction Managers and have been approved by either the Facility Committee or the Project Team. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Change Order No. 1062-06 $4,695.00 Backcharge from Dascom for delay in install, delete select cabinetry; furnish & install shims; overtime hours; remove and reinstall.panels due to install; credit for veneer; wood to brick pier at reception. Change Order No. 1041-10 $(8,992.81) Backcharge due to damage to roof; backcharge for work done by Paul's Architectural Woodcraft. TOTAL CHANGE ORDERS: $(4,297.81) The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Look, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Jeffrey Councilmember Look Councilmember Dehen Councilmember Olson Councilmember Strommen and the following voted against the same: None
