and feasibility study and bringing potential financing options back to a work session for further
discussion on the sidewalks and curb and gutter issues.

Greg Fritz, 16280 Andrie Street, stated that he has attended some of the past meetings and feels
that the residents in the Northfork area believe that the cost to them will be the same regardless
of which option is chosen for the road. He stated that he thinks the people who signed the
petition may feel differently about the project if the cost to them changes and is glad to hear the
City will be looking at it more closely in a future work session. He stated that he understands
there may be MSA funds available, but would like the City to take a look and make sure that it is
done equitably across the City.

Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to receive the petition
and direct staff to prepare a feasibility study for street improvements to Andrie Street and 164th
Lane and that the financing for this feasibility study be placed on a future work session agenda.

Motion carried. He stated that it is not a matter of being first or where
they live, but that the designated money be used towards their street.

MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT

Flag Day

Councilmember Look noted that there will be a Flag Day celebration on Saturday, June 14,2008
at Veteran's Lake to retire flags and people can go to veteranslake.com for more information.

Board of Appeals

City Administrator Ulrich stated that there is a Board of Appeals meeting directly following the
Council meeting and asked the cable T.V. coverage to continue, so it is also televised.

ADJOURNMENT

City Council / May 27, 2008
