<br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-06-xxx <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF EBONY WOODS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 19, 2008, Tim Holm, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly <br />applied for a minor subdivision to re-p1at one lot into three, buildable lots on the following legally <br />described properties located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That Part of Lot 1, Block.1, Riverview Bowl Lying Southerly of Westerly Extension of North <br />Line Lot 2 Side Block 1, Together With Lot 3, Block 4 Riverside West, Subject to Easement of <br />Record <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for'the platting of three lots or less to be <br />processed as a minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan as required under Section <br />9.50.05 of the City Code on April 3, 2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Park Commission reviewed park dedication requirements on May 8, 2008 and <br />recommended cash contribution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant submitted a final plat application on May 19,2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on June 10, 2008 and tabled action to June <br />17,2008 for additional architectural standards. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Ebony Woods in accordance with <br />relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 6, 2008, <br />revised June 13, 2008 and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon <br />, vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by ,the Ramsey City Council this 17tl1 <br />day of June, 2008. <br /> <br />-37- <br />
