This plan did provide for future <br />property to the north and the accesses onto Nowthen Boulevard N.W. and did align <br />~ frgm Wood Pond Hills onto Nowthen Boulevard N.W.; however, the plat showed' <br />rcels having direct access onto the collector street in the plat. The Commission <br />;veioper to revise the sketch plan to eliminate direct accesses onto the collector street. <br /> <br />The Comrn~s~iod~ reviewed the revised sketch plan Mr. Jack Menkveld presented. <br /> <br />Motion by C4)m~ 'ssioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to recommend that the <br />developer pr~e4~ to apply for preliminary plat approval with the following suggestions: Remove <br />the access ~i~p I:~etween Lots 3 and 4 of Block 6 and redesign Lots 19 and 20 of Block 4, creating <br />access ont6 ~e r~on cul-de-sac street, if possible. <br /> <br />Motion carfi',~_ ~oting Yes: Acting Chairperson LaDue, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, Terry <br />and Thorud. i Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Case 83: ;r ~_equest for Sketch Plan Review of Ramsey Meadows; Case of <br /> ,, Gilbert Menkveld <br /> <br />City Engi~e(~r J~tnkowski stated that on March 2, 1992, the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />reviewed th~ sl~tch plan for Ramsey Meadows. At that time, the Commission recommended <br />revising th~sk~ch plan to more accurately reflect the number of lots that could be platted in <br />accordanco ~ith the 10,800 square foot of area required above the Ordinary High Water mark. <br />Mr. Jankog/~0~i ~ported that the revised plan reduces the lots from 33 to 31. <br /> <br />Comm:ss~O_n[er Deemer stated that the issue of bringing the length of 149th Avenue N.W. up to <br />City stand ~al~ls ~so has to be addressed; both cost and procedure. <br />Motion by ~p~issioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to direct the developer <br />to proceed ~ f'fl~ for preliminary plat approval. <br /> <br />Motion carpi' M. !Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson LaDue, Commissioners Deemer, Bawden, Terry <br />and Thorud.
