Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #08-06-xxx A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF KNOLL PROPERTIES WHEREAS, on June 12, 2008, Anderson Dahlen, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied for a minor subdivision to re-plat the following legally described property: Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, AEC Energy Park 4th Addition (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to be processed as a minor subdivision; and WHEREAS, the Plalming Commission reviewed the sketch plan as required under Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on June 5, 2008; and WHEREAS, the park dedication requirements have been satisfied as part of AEC Energy Park 4th Addition; and WHEREAS, the Applicant submitted a final plat application on June 12, 2008; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on June 24, 2008; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Knoll Properties Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated June 20, 2008 and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 24th day of June, 2008. -190-
