<br />10. Stormwater Management Fees. The current stormwater management fees are $4,238 per <br />commercial acre. The amount due on the plat attributable to the expanded Lot 1, Block 1 <br />Knoll Properties (3.22 acres) is Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Forty Six Dollars and No <br />Cents ($13,646.00) and must be paid prior to release of a building permit. Payment of this <br />fee for Lot 2, Block 1 Knoll Properties (3.01 acres) will be collected when a development <br />proposal is brought forward and at the rate in effect at the time the proposal is approved will <br />be utilized. <br /> <br />SECTION II <br />PARK DEDICATION <br /> <br />11. Park Dedication Requirements. Park Dedication requirements have been satisfied with the <br />AEC Energy Park 4th Addition. <br /> <br />SECTION III <br />TRANSPORTATION AND LANDSCAPING <br /> <br />12. Trail Development Fees. The current trail development fee is $1,090.00 per commercial <br />acre. The total trail fee due for the Plat attributable to the expanded Lot 1, Block 1 Knoll <br />Properties (3.22 acres) is Six Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Dollars and No . Cents <br />($6780.00). Payment of this fee for Lot 2, Block 1 Knoll Properties (3.01 acres) will be. <br />collected when a development proposal is brought forward and at the rate in effect at the time <br />the proposal is approved will be. utilized. The Subject Property shall pay trail development <br />fees before release of the Plat for recording at Anoka County. <br /> <br />SECTION IV <br />GENERAL <br /> <br />13. Construction Site Maintenance. The DEVELOPER shall adhere to all City ordinances <br />relating to, but not limited to, dumping of garbage, site development, construction debris, <br />open burning, etc. Construction and Delivery Hours are restricted to 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, <br />Monday through Saturday. The DEVELOPER shan post a sign stating such at all entrances <br />to the DEVELOPMENT, such sign may range from 20 to 30 square feet insize, and must be <br />securely anchored in place. <br /> <br />14. Requirements for Building Permits.
