<br />April 28, 2008 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit Application <br /> <br />We are applying for a conditional use permit, for 570 square feet. Our lot is around 2.4 <br />acres, and we currently have: <br /> <br />2 car garage 21 x 24- 4 = 500 sq ft <br />1 car garage 15 x 22 = 330 sq ft <br />Barn 12 x 20 = 240 sq ft <br />1070 Sq ft <br /> <br />Shed 34 x50 = 1700 sa ft <br />Total 2770 sq it <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />570 sq ft <br /> <br />Last summer we were gone camping with our family, and our house was egged.and the <br />trees toilet papered, our neighbors filed a report with the police department and cleaned it <br />all up, before we returned home so it would not ruin our vacation. In the past our <br />neighbors have had cars broken into and things stolen, and we have even had our <br />Christmas lights stolen off our trees and house. Our 5th wheel camper and boat are in <br />storage in the winter, but in the summer we do not have enough storage to keep them <br />indoors, so when we are gone camping it is very obvious, because our camper and boat <br />are not sitting in our yard. Building tbisshed would put our mind at ease when we are <br />gone on vacation. - <br /> <br />Our plans for our storage space is as follows: <br /> <br />36ft for our 5th wheel camper <br />25 ft for our boat <br />3 vehicles <br />fish house <br />lawn mower w/bagger <br />snow blower <br />trailer <br />wheelbarrow <br />deck furniture (in the winter) <br />bikes <br />future model A (from father) <br /> <br />Both of our children have Autism, and so we do a lot o{family things, camping, fishing <br />(winter and summer) biking, playing in the yard, and we thought if we got our fathers <br />model A it would be a vvinter project to work on with the kids. They also like to build <br />things, so the shed would give us space to do projects. <br /> <br />-206- <br />
