Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #08-06-XXX RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #08-XX l44th AVENUE EXTENSION WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey platted Sunfish Lake Business Park Third Addition adjacent to Sunfish Lake Boulevard, and Anoka County reserved right of access to Sunfish Lake Boulevard from Lot 3, Block 1 while approving the plat and; WHEREAS, the City desires to market Lot 3, Block 1 and has prepared an easement exhibit for extending l44th Avenue from Sunfish Lake Boulevard to Azurite Street, thereby providing access to Lot 3 and consolidating access to the adjacent business, and; WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from Hakanson Anderson Associates for design, contract administraition and an engineers. estimate for the project. The project is inTIF district lO and will be financed with TIF Funds. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: l) Such plans and specifications, shall be prepared by city staff. 2) The funding source mentioned above shall be used to complete this project. 3) The completed plans and specifications shall be brought before the City Council for acceptance . The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared dulypassed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of June 2008. .
