NW <br />Ramsey, MN55303 <br /> <br />Re: Estimated Engineering and Project Costs for the 144th A venue Extension in Sunfish Lake <br />Business Park Third Addition ' <br /> <br />Dear Brian: <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit a proposal for engineering services for the .144th Avenue <br />extension connecting Azurite Street NW with Sunfish Lake Boulevard. Based on our <br />understanding, the proposed improvements consist of a 32 foot wide bituminous street with <br />concrete curb and gutter. The project will include a right turn lane on Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br />and the redesign and grading of the drainage pond and drainage improvements on Lot 3, Block 1, <br />Sunfish Lalr;:e Business Park 3rd Addition. As requested, the proposed project will include the <br />plans and specifications, surveying, project management, construction staking and observation. <br /> <br />Based on our past experience and knowledge of the City and project area, we are confident we <br />can provide high quality services at competitive prices.
