PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey;l~lan~ng and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, October 6, <br />1992 at the R~ms~y Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to <br />hear a requ~ fora_ conditional use permit for professional offices and retail activity in the B-3 <br />Highway BuSi ness.District; Case of William Dubats. <br /> <br />Members Pros ;nt:; <br /> <br />Also Present.: · <br /> <br /> [ <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioners Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Police Chief Michael Auspos <br />Project Manager James Gromberg <br /> <br />CALL TO ,ORDER <br />Chairperson!Bawden called the public hearing to order at 7:34 p.m. <br /> <br />Zoning Adr~is~tor Frolik stated that William Dubats is in the process of acquiring the building <br />that was pmv~usly occupied by Small World Daycare (6740 Highway #10 N.W.) and proposes m <br />market the building for retail activity and professional offices. These are not permitted uses in the <br />B-3 HighwayiBu~riness District, therefore, Mr. Dubats is applying for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Cbmmissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carrje~d. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners LaDue, Deemer, Hendriksen, <br />Holland,.Ter~y arid Thorud.
