These are not permitted uses in the <br />B-3 HighwayiBu~riness District, therefore, Mr. Dubats is applying for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Cbmmissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carrje~d.
