CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA CLERK'S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF VACATION PROCEEDINGS To the Anoka County, Minnesota Auditor. NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to MSA 412.851 and by attached Certification of Ordinance dated June 21, 2008, the City of Ramsey has vacated the following legally described and dedicated drainage and utility easement to wit: That part of the existing drainage and utility easement located on Lot 1, Block 1 of Haubrich Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the northern 34 feet of said lot; and lying easterly of the eastern 44 feet of said lot; and lying westerly of the eastern 10 feet of said lot; and lying northerly of the following described line; Commencing at the northeast comer of said Lot 1 Block 1; thence southerly along the easterly line of said lot a distance of 75 feet to the point of beginning of said line; thence south 71 degrees 59 minutes and 55 seconds west a distance of 219.86 feet and there terminating.
