<br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-02-067 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TRUNK HIGHWAY 10 ACCESS MANAGEMENT <br />STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey and Anoka County entered into a joint powers <br />agreement to prepare a Trunk Highway 10 Access management Study; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the study was funded with a federal grant in the amount of $200,000 with <br />the City and County each contributing $25,000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the consulting firm SEH together with The Tinklenberg Group and RANI <br />Engineering were selected as the consultants; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the study has been completed, reviewed and presented at the February 20, <br />2007 work session. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />The City Council accepts the Trunk Highway 10 access Management Study dated February 2007 <br />prepared by The Tinklenberg Group, RANI Engineering and SEH. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Strommen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Olson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 07-02-067 <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
