<br />within said park. Park identification signs shall contain no advertising material of any kind, and <br />shall be subject to the following: <br /> <br />a. All industrial and business park signs shall be ground or wall signs. <br /> <br />b. There shall not be more than one (1) industrial or business park sign for <br />each point of vehicular access to an office or industrial park. <br /> <br />c. The gross surface area of an industrial or business park sign shall not exceed <br />one hundred (100) square feet in gross. surface area for each exposed face <br />nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of two hundred (200) square feet <br /> <br />d. A ground industrial or business park sign shall not project higher than ten <br />(10) feet, as measured from base of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent <br />roadway, whichever is higher. <br /> <br />Subd. 2. <br /> <br />Park Member Identification Signs <br /> <br />a. There shall not be more than one (1) wall sign for each principal building or <br />tenant or use within a huilding, except where the building abuts two (2) or <br />more streets, additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, <br />shall be permitted. <br /> <br />b. There shall not be more than one (1) ground sign for each principal building. <br /> <br />c. The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) <br />of the occupant's proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign <br />is to be affixed. A wall sign shall not project higher than the parapet line of <br />the wall to which the sign is to be affixed. <br /> <br />d. The gross surface area of a ground sign shall not exceed one hundred (100) <br />square feet for each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area <br />of two hundred square feet. <br /> <br />e. A ground sign ~hall not project higher than ten (10) feet, as measured from <br />base of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent roadway, whichever is higher. <br /> <br />9.12.11 <br /> <br />Planned Unit Developments <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. The developer shall be required to submit a sign plan for <br />approval, drawn to scale with elevations.
