The following is a brief summary of actions taken in June that may be of interest <br />to the Planning Commission: <br /> <br />Ronald and Sandy Borell Conditional Use Permit Application. City Council approved Ronald and Sandy <br />Borell's request for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed accessory structure space requirements on June <br />24th. The applicant has agreed to push the accessory structure further back from the front property line. <br /> <br />Anderson Dahlen, Inc. City Council approved Anderson Dahlen's request for SIte Plan and Minor <br />Subdivision (and introduced ordinance to vacate associated drainage and utility easements). <br /> <br />Accessory Structure Code Amendment. City Council introduced the ordinance to amend Section 9.11.04 <br />(Accessory Structures) of the Zoning Code. <br /> <br />Ramsey3 Update. The Ramsey3 W orki.l1g Group hosted their [mal OST to discuss the vision and values <br />drafted by the working group.
