<br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Consider Policy for Construction Use of Sidewalks in Ramsey Town Center <br /> <br />This case was postponed to the next Public Works Committee meeting. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Consider Request for Easement Vacation for 5939 151 st Lane <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that staff feels this request is reasonable and the area is not <br />needed for drainage purposes. He stated that it was designed to protect wetland on the property. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember Dehen, to recommend to the <br />City Council that they support the vacation of the easement pending the results of the required <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Elvig, Councilmembers Olson and Dehen.
