<br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adopt Resolution#08- <br />07-129 to reduce the development fees for Lot 1, Block 1, Knoll Properties to a total of <br />$25,883.00. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Dehen, Elvig, Jeffrey, Look, <br />Olson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Request for Vacation of Drainage and Utility Easements in Knoll Properties <br />Addition; Case of Anderson Dahlen, Inc. <br /> <br />Associate. Planner Gladhill stated that this also relates to the prior case and a portion of the <br />existing drainage and utility easement needs to be vacated to accommodate their proposed <br />expanSIOn. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen left the Council Chambers at 8:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Gladhill stated that he would like to suggest additional language in the motion <br />as recommended by City Attorney Goodrich. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to adopt Ordinance #08- <br />18 to vacate the drainage and utility easements within Outlot A, AEC Energy Park 4th Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Look, Olson, and <br />Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Dehen. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen returned to the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to waive the City <br />Charter requirement to read the ordinance aloud. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
