There are two housekeeping items, and one policy shift that is proposed. The ordinance was <br />introduced by the City Council on June 24, 2008. The ordinance is included in your packets. <br />Funding Source: <br />City Code amendments are processed with Staff tinge. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends adoption of Ordinance #08- . The.
