• INTRODUCE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 7 OF CITY CODE, <br />SECTION 7.51, POSSESSION, SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF' INTOXICATING AND <br />3.2 PERCENT MALT LIQUORS WITHIN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br />By: Jim Way, Police Chief <br />Background: <br />At the June 3, 2008 City Council Work Session, staff discussed a two-tier fee structure for "Off <br />Sale" liquor establishments that choose to use Age Verification Technology. Staff reviewed <br />incentives that would be provided to establishments that meet performance requirements as <br />stated in 7.51.09, Subd.6. <br />The fee would be established in the Annual Rates and Fees Schedule.
