<br />RAMSEY TOWN CENTER COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Town Center Council conducted a Special Session on Monday, October 22, 2007, <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550Sunwood DriveNW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Kurt Ulrich <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Consulting Attorney Tom Bray, Briggs and Morgan <br />Jim Lasher, LSA Designs <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich called the Ramsey Town Center Council to order at 6:03 p.m. He stated <br />that Attorney Tom Bray from Briggs and Morgan was present to review the counter proposal <br />received by Minn West Bank. He stated that this meeting was to discuss strategies concerning <br />this action and suggested that the Council move into a closed session. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Dehen to move into a closed <br />session at 6:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Dehen, Elvig and Strommen.
