A <br />meeting consists of a speaker/slide <br />show presentation, or a project of <br />interest to club members, followed by <br />a business meeting and refreshments. <br /> <br />The exception to meeting at City Hall <br />would be for members to go on a tour <br />of gardens or an off-site presentation. <br />New members are always <br />welcome. Our club brochure, listing <br />the year's schedule is available at City <br />Hall or by calling Mary Pelto, Club <br />President, at 763-427-2921. <br /> <br />Look What's Cookin' <br />at your Library! <br /> <br /> <br />Join in the fun this summer <br />at your local library! Come to any <br />Anoka County Library during July <br />or August to register for the sum- <br />mer reading program. Children from <br />preschool through grade 5 are invited <br />to "Look What's Cookin'" and older <br />children and teens can "Plug In" <br />through August 31. Reading five <br />books earns a free pass to Bunl(er <br />Beach Water Parl( at Bunl(er Hills Re- <br />gional Park. (Water Park passes may <br />be used after 4:00 pm through Labor <br />Day.) <br /> <br />Be sure to check out the <br />Thursday afternoon programs at Rum <br />River Library, including a variety of <br />magicians, jugglers, insects, mu- <br />sicians, and live critters.
