Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #08-06-xxx A RESOLUTION GRANTING REDUCED SANITARY SEWER AND WATER TRUNK CHARGES FOR KNOLL PROPERTIES WHEREAS, on June 12, 2008, Anderson Dahlen, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly requested reduced sanitary sewer and water trunk charges for following legally described property: Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, AEC Energy Park 4`h Addition -or upon recording- Lot 1, Block 1, Knoll Properties (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, The Applicant has received final plat approval for Knoll Properties; and WHERAS, The Applicant has requested that sanitary sewer and water trunk charges be reduced due to the fact no additional sanitary sewer or water trunk connections will be required; and WHEREAS, Sanitary sewer and water trunk charges are based on the amount of buildable acres for commercial developments; and WHEREAS, this situation is unique in that additional buildable area is being used without the need for additional sanitary sewer and water trunk connections to accommodate the expansion; and WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority has reviewed the request and recommended reduced sanitary sewer and water trunk charges in the amount of $25,883.00; and WHEREAS, the City Council met on July 22, 2008 and approved the .request to reduce the amount of trunk charges to $25,883.00. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE -CITY COUNCIL OF THE- CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council- hereby a reduction of sanitary sewer and water trunk charges to a total of $25,883.00 for Knoll Properties. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: -109-
