Case # ' O <br />ADOPT AN ORDINANCE F~ATION FOR IQUOR ESTABLISHMENTS TO <br />INCLUDE AGE VERI <br />By: James Way, Police Chief <br />Background: <br />City Council introduced an ordinance at their regular meeting July 8, 2008, dealing with <br />the provisions of Chapter 7.51.09, License Fees. A two-tier fee structure was introduced <br />for "Off Sale" liquor establishments that choose to use Age Verification Technology. <br />The fee would be established in the annual Rates and Fees Schedule.
