CONSENT CASE # <br />REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT PERMIT OF RAMSEY <br />COMMONS; <br />CASE OF RAIVISEY-ARBOR PROPERTIES <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Associate Planner <br />Background: <br />On May 13, 2008, Site Plan approval was granted to .Ramsey Commons to construct amulti- <br />tenant office facility. City Code states that required improvements shall be completed within one <br />year of Site Plan approval,. unless otherwise extended by City Council. A date of May 13, 2009. <br />was written in the Development Permit. Due to storm sewer design issues and the impending <br />reconstruction of the intersection of Armstrong Boulevard and Highway 10, the applicant is <br />requesting an extension of six months to complete the project..
