CHARTER COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey Charter Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, June 12, <br />2008, in the Mississippi River Room at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive <br />NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Hannah LaMere <br />Vice-Chair Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Roger Bergfalk <br />Commissioner Terri Cleveland <br />Commissioner Frank Frederick <br />Commissioner Timothy McKinney <br />Commissioner Cindy Sherman <br />Commissioner Darren Erickson <br />Commissioner Steve Simenson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Chairperson LaMere called the regular meeting of the Charter Commission to order at <br />6:34 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVE MINUTES <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Cleveland to approve <br />the minutes dated April 17, 2008. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice-Chair Deemer, Commissioners Cleveland, Bergfalk, <br />Frederick, and McKinney. Voting No: None. Abstain: Chairperson LaMere and <br />Commissioner Sherman.
