<br />PROPOSED FEE <br />I propose that the City retain LSA's services on an hourly basis plus normal <br />expense and sub-consultant services on any sub-consultant billed through LSA. <br />I am estimating the total fees for the services described to be as follows: <br /> <br />Phase One - $25,000 to $30,000 <br />Phase Two - $15,000 to $20,000 <br />Phase Three - $30,000 to $40,000 <br /> <br />All work will be as directed by yourself and/or City Council and all services <br />provided will be specifically tailored to tasks at your discretion. (Hourly Rates for <br />2008 are attached) <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br />At this time, I anticipate the following schedules: <br /> <br />Phase One: 2 to 3 month <br />Phase Two: 2 to 3 months <br />Phase Three: 4 to 5 months <br /> <br />As separates phases are completed, I will refine this schedule to keep you and <br />Council apprised of effort and progress. <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br />I would like to thank you for this opportunity to continue our services to the City of <br />Ramsey. I do feel that with the Council's vision, your leadership and my project <br />management, we can be successful in moving this project forward to a positive <br />outcome.
