<br />WHEREAS, The City has identified several transportation issues relating to the <br />improvement of Potassium Street and Old County Road 5, which issues need to be resolved prior <br />to final preliminary plat approval of the Plat. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA; <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Rum River Estates <br />CONTINGENT upon the following: <br /> <br />1. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 6, 2005; <br /> <br />2. The City having acquired marketable title to the following permanent easements <br />necessary for the Potassium Street right-of-way: <br /> <br />Parcell: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, <br />Township 32 North, Range 25 West, described as follows: Commencing at a point on <br />the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, distant 330.39 feet <br />south of the Northwest Comer of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; <br />thence South 660.78 feet along west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter; thence east 46 feet; thence north 660.78 feet on a line parallel to the west line <br />of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence west 46 feet to the point of <br />commencement. <br /> <br />Parcel 2: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, <br />Township 32 North, Range 25 West, described as follows: Commencing at a point on <br />the west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, distant 991.17 feet <br />south of the Northwest comer of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; <br />thence South 33 feet along west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter; thence east 46 feet; thence north 33 feet on a line parallel to the west line of <br />said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence west 46 feet to the point of <br />commencement. <br /> <br />Parcel 3: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, <br />Township 32 North, Range 25 West, described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Northwest Comer of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence south <br />along west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the northerly <br />right-of-way line of Old County Road 5; thence southeasterly 66 feet along said <br />northerly right-of-way line; thence north parallel to the west line of said Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence west 66 feet along north line of said <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter to the point of commencement, together <br />with: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, <br />Township 32 North, Range 25 West described as follows: Commencing at a point <br />1024.17 feet south of the northwest comer of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter, thence south along west line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-07-230 <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
