<br />The drainage, grading, utility and landscaping plans are generally acceptable with revisions <br />outlined in the Staff Revi~w Letter. Staff is working with the applicant to explore the possibility <br />of shifting a portion of the landscaping requirements onto the adjacent stormwater pond, upon <br />authorization by City Council. <br /> <br />The building is proposed to be constructed of pre-cast rib panels with smooth architectural <br />accents.
