The Property was located in a resi- <br />dential zone. Farming was a permitted use in the zone. Their residence <br />was on the Property. They also owned and operated a horse facility on <br />the Property since 1973. <br />In July 2005, the Benyeis proposed to build a 12,000 square foot indoor <br />horse riding arena on the Property.
